Wednesday 9 June - June is the month of roses and we are taking this opportunity to visit Mottisfont Abbey in Hampshire to see (and smell)
all their old fashioned toses. The cost will be NT Members £10 provided they bring their current NT card and £17.60 for non-Members.
The ground floor of the house is wheelchair accessible and there is an accessible route round the gardens.
Wednesday 14 July – This sees us visiting Brownsea Island in Poole Harbour. This lovely nature reserve in Poole Harbour is a
haven for wildlife and the home of the endangered red squirrel. There is a Visitors Centre, Shop, Café and Picnic Area.
Manual wheelchairs are available but you do need to book one in advance and of course you will need a friend who
is willing to push you. T he cost will be £12.50 for TISBUS transport, £7 for the ferry to the Island and £5.50 for entry
unless you are a NT member when it will be free, provided you remember your membership card.
Wednesday 18 August – Weymouth is the place to be this month and again we have picked Carnival
time. We understand the Red Arrows are booked again and that new organisers are keen to show us what they can
offer. More details shortly.
For all these trips please ring our Co-ordinator on 07500-802525 for further details and to make a booking - an initial
payment of £5 per person will secure a seat
