The Music Club of London is a friendly organisation that arranges visits to concerts, recitals, operas and theatrical events in London.
Other events of a cultural, educational and social nature are also held so that members are offered a wide range of stimulating
opportunities to meet with like-minded friends.

We arrange visits to places of historical and artistic interest in and near London. Further afield in the UK, we have visited Cardiff,
the Buxton Festival, Aldeburgh, and Eastbourne for a weekend featuring Sir John Tomlinson

For many years overseas tours have been a major activity of the Club and destinations have included Copenhagen, Dresden, Paris, Budapest
and Tallinn for opera performances and music festivals. In 2017 we spent a week in Wiesbaden for the Wagner Ring Cycle. These tours
are arranged at a considerably lower cost than similar trips arranged by commercial organisations.

The Club publishes a quarterly magazine, Harmony that includes reviews of our events and details of those to be held.

In September we held a competition for young musicians. The winner was Urska Hotvat, seen above.
